So excited!!! We had been going to aruba every 9 months for 8 years strait until our last trip 3 years ago...Financially we were unable to go but NOW we are heading in July!!! Since I have read on Aruba websites that people are unhappy with their Kindle Fire's and reporting that they cannot use them in the sun to read books they have downloaded.
Here is the solution-you can change both your Font size and your background color so that you CAN read from your Kindle Fire.
Also, you can't read anything on the Fire with DARK sunglasses on!!!!!!
Was just there for 2 weeks and read daily with no problems until the day I forgot to take off my sunglasses, once I took them off, I was good to go!!!

Hope this info helps those disgruntled with their Kindle Fire's.
