Smile Paradise Beach Villas

We are finally Aruba bound, staying at Paradise Beach Villas in March. There are 4 of us all together, one couple staying in a sigle bedroom unit, and we have a 2 bedroom unit. I heard that there was some remodeling/construction going on. Does anyone have any info or updates on what is going on there? Also, anyone familiar with the layout of the resort, are any of the units a great distance apart? We are hoping to be relatively close to each other, but just not sure of how things are situated. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

Here is their website: http://www.paradisebeachvillas.com/

It's not a very large timeshare (only 80 units) so you shouldn't be too far away from your friends no matter which units you're in.

I can't help you with your question, but I can tell you my friends have a timeshare at Paradise Villas, and absolutely love it! I'm sure you will enjoy it too. Have fun!

We just returned from Aruba last week. One week we stayed at the Paradise Beach Villas the phase 2 pool was under construction and you had to use the phase 1 pool. During the construction we could not sit out on the terrace due to the dust.

I'm a timeshare owner at Paradise Beach Villas and it's a great resort, comfortably situated across from Eagle Beach. The timeshare units are not far from each other even if someone is in Phase I and someone in Phase II. I remember from our newsletter they did mention some pool reconstruction was going on. My weeks are in August so maybe they will be done by then! Enjoy.
