Default New Senor Sanchos Restaurant - simply Fantastic

I just came back from my 11th trip to Aruba with my wife. We usually stay for 10 days and try to eat at a different restaurant every night. This time we tried to return to the Pasion Restaurant in Noord, but when we arrived there, Pasion Restaurant seemed to have been closed and replaced by a new restaurant, Senor Sanchos. My wife wanted to try it out anyway and all I can say is that the experience was incredible. Because of the extensive menu, we went back 3 times to taste the different foods. This restaurant seems to have a mix of French and Mexican cuisine. First time we heard of this combination, but it was more than worth it. They have a very good Mexican tapas choice and in the same breath you can have French style tournedos, with excellent wines. The food tastes perfect. We also tasted their ribs. Well, Tony Roma's ribs do not even come close to tasting this good. The mood of the restaurant is simply great and for the quality the prices are very reasonable. I found it too bad that Pasion Restaurant was closed, but Senor Sanchos more than made up for it. We will surely go back on our next trip. Anyone have the same experience at this new restaurant?

I'm so happy to finally find a review on this new restaurant. I read about it somewhere and planned on trying it in May. Thanks for the input, can't wait to try it for ourselves.

P.S. went on that website...funny how I could read all the deserts, LOL. Also that goodness that some of the words are the same...i.e. Salad, Mixed Grill, Scampi, SPARERIBS!!, Choc Mousse, etc. Yippie, can't wait!

Sherry - I would love to try it before your trip. We'll be there in June. Are we splitting the bill? I will definitely let everyone know how it was when we get back, but then again, that's not until June.
