Does anyone know what the theme night buffets at the Renaissance are like? We plan to eat out most nights, but was curious if this is worth a try.

Not sure - every time we've stayed there, the restaurant only served breakfast.

We never ate there because we were always on the go but I do remember at The Renaissance Ocean Tower -

Thursday is Mexican Nite with a Mexican menu and local people selling their crafts outside around the pool area. My husband bought me a handmade silver wired bracelet that I will treasure forever. I adore handmade things and meeting the people that made them – to me it makes my gift even more valuable.

Also, Wednesday is Karaoke Nite with free Green Iguana drinks (alcohol & NON-alcohol) and hot snacks. We are not Karaoke people but surprisely this night drew a huge fun crowd. And the drinks were awesome!!
