Default Restaurant at the Phoenix (Sunet Bistro?)
How's the restaurant at the Phoenix for dinner? We've eaten breakfast there several times but never lunch or dinner. Is it mainly seafood? Avg. price?

Well JB, I'd say that the Phoenix is good....if you want to be served cold food by a waiter who hates life itself. But seriously, my experience there for dinner was less than cordial. My girlfriend at the time ordered the seabass, which was pretty decent. But my steak was as dry as the day is long. Stick with salt and pepper!

Go there for happy hour - have a few drinks and watch the sunset (incredible view) - then go to dinner somewhere else. The Sunset Bistro at the Phoenix is "okay" for dinner but with so many other great restaurants in Aruba, why settle for just "okay"?
