What do you think - reserve before we get there or wait until we get there?
I know it depends on which restaurant - but I'm thinking of everyone's
top 10.
We'll be going 9/23-30. Is that restaurant that I heard of before (Italian
starts with an "M") still in the top 10??

I usually reserve ahead online, it's so easy and I know I have the restaurants I want. Some of them though,(FLying Fishbone for one), will ask you to call and confirm the reservation when you arrive in Aruba. Then again, I have never gone in Sept., I always go in the busy spring, so maybe others will feel it is not necessary............

I would call when you get there. Don't get yourself so planned
out you have no free time to try some different dining places.
As you well know schedules change as well as plans. The longest
we waited last week without dinner reservations was 15 min.
