Default Activities for Kids

We went with a group which had 10 children (2 thru 16). What they seemed to like most, other than the pool and beach was jet skiing, horseback riding, the jeep safari, and the miniature golf place (next to the Black Hog Saloon) which also had paddle boats, batting cages, and go-carts. If you like animals, there is an ostrich farm, donkey sanctuary, and butterfly farm as well. Enjoy!

Default Butterfly farm

We went to the butterfly farm last year and loved it - well, my wife loved it, and I was there for her ...she took lots of great pictures, and bought some cool souveniers. If you go, make sure to go early as it gets warm/humid in there fast. They give a nice tour that is very educational, and for the price of admission you can return all week at no add'l charge.

Thanks Kevin that's nice to know. We stay at the WYNDHAM and it's

walking distance to the butterflies. As many times as we have gone to

Aruba, we have never gone to the Butterfly Farm.

It really is interesting, even for a manly man . I know my wife loved it, and we're already penning in a return trip this year. No doubt that kids will like it as well.

How could you hate butterflies?? They're so dainty and harmless - except for the poisonous ones! I learned a lot there, including that some (like the Monarch) can be poisonous...
