Is there anywhere on Aruba for a dolphin swim/encounter?

Nope. Sorry. Try Hawaii for that.

You can take a day or overnight trip over to Curasau(sp). They have swimming with the dolphins. If you want to go on a Timeshare tour...there's a company that will fly you there and put you up for the night, swim with dolphins and feed you for around 299.00 per couple. Check the travel books when you get there.
