I have 5 units available for both weeks in the best location of the resort for far less than Divi is charging. If you are going to buy, you might as well buy the best location with the best views. These are poolside, penthouse units that come with rooftop access where there are hot tubs and a bbq grill and have views of the pool and the ocean. Very few units can claim these views. I have 3 adjoining units in one building and 2 in another. So you could purchase as a 1 bdrm 2 bath, a 2 bdrm 3 bath or even a 3 bdrm 5 bath. I will sell for about 30% less than Divi, although they don't have these type of units available to sell -- penthouse, poolside and ocean view. I have been very successfull renting out these units, but we are looking to purchase a new home in NY and would like to raise some cash. We will be there this year for the holidays if anyone wants to check out our units.

How much is Divi charging or did charge for each of the type units? IE. how much do you want for each type unit?

Last year Divi waqs charging $24,000 per week for the 1 bdrm 2 bath unit for weeks 51 and 52. I believe the studios were $20,000. My units are in the best location of the resort with the best views. I can show you on the internet my exact location. I will also be in Aruba 12/20-1/03 to show my units to anyone interested. I am looking for about $15,000 per week for the 1 bdrm units and about $26,000 for the 2 bdrm (combination of the 1 bdrm and studio). The 3 bdrm would be about $41,000.
