We have a 2 bedroom lockout (a studio and a 1 bedroom). Use each for 2 weeks or combine them for a large unit for 1 week. The weeks are floating so you are not locked into a certain week. You can go anytime of the year because we have "platinum" time. Also with the point system you can extend your stay or you can bank your week for future use.
Asking $8,000 for both units.

Would you please let me know the location of the units ? Which resort? How do floating weeks work?

Also, If used "together" i understand it is for one week, but used apart do you get to use a week per unit? or 2 weeks per unit?

The units are for one week each either combined or separate. We bought week 1, which is prime time, so we have the flexibity to go any week of the year. You can also go to any Divi Resort in the carribean for a slight charge. Go to Diviresorts.com and see the divi golf villas. There are some pictures of the rooms.

Is it deeded? If not,how many weeks remain?

The units are not deeded. We bought them in January of 1998, so there's 30 years left on the contract. Anything else?

I would like to know the unit numbers and are they in the new Golf Villas section. Are the units available for 2009? What are the maintenance fees?

The units are an "E" building in the villas at Divi Village, now known as the Golf villas. They are on the first floor of the building and you walk out to the swimming pool. All the maintenance fees are paid to date ($421.50 each) and the units are ready for this season coming up.
