Check out www.ownertrades.com, which is a Marriott only renting and resale site. There are some postings right now for Surf Club resales. Seth Nock is commonly mentioned as the guy to go to for Marriott resales. He and his partner have a bunch listed for resale there.

The resale market price of the Surf Club is about 60-65% of the Marriott selling price.
