Unfortunately, we have now decided to sell the unit and we have a couple people interested that I am getting back to. I will not be able to offer the unit for rent. Sorry. (you could buy it!)

I don't understand what you mean by "is it right to use?" It is for sale by us. There are 31 years left on the contract. Unit type is 1AF (I can send you more details if you are truly interested as well via regular email). It is a Platinum Floating Week (very desirable) anytime between weeks 51-17. Our maintenance fee was $515 and it has already been paid for 2009 so you could still have time to book your week if you purchased. We are asking $6000, but would be willing to entertain reasonable offers.
