We have weeks # 3 & #4 for rent for 2009. This is room 212 and it has two large beds, kitchen, bath, veranda w/view of the ocean.
Terms for renting are: Week 3-$1100 and Week 4-$1100=$2200.
We ask that you send 1/2 now-$1100 and the other 1/2-$1100 by the first week in Dec.2008.
When we receive the second 1/2, we will notify the ABC with your name, address, phone and date of arrival and that you are paid up.
