Reviewed in some literature that there is a restaurant that you can dine on the beach and it's $75/couple. Where is this and is there an online reservation option?

Phoenix Aruba
and Wyndom (Azulla" I think is the name of the Beach Dining.
Also there is "on the beach dining at Bucuti Beach Resort.
All are "heavenly".

It's a good price but you do get what you pay for and (in my opinion) the food is average.

If you would like a better meal and dine on the beach then I would suggest one of the following:

Flying Fishbone (you will need a car to get there - tables in the sand near the water's edge)
Marandi (located between the airport and downtown)
Passion (located at Amsterdam Manor - tables in the sand near the water's edge)
