Hi Everyone,
My boyfriend and I are leaving for our trip to Aruba on September 3rd and I am very excited. It is his second time and my first ![]() This BB has helped me so much already. One thing I have not found on this BB is a thread about nude beaches or topless beaches. Does anyone know of any nude/topless beaches in Aruba? If so, where are they located? Thanks for your help! -Jen |

There are no Nude beaches on Aruba. (See Jamaica for that.) Technically, there are no topless beaches. Some places even post signs telling you that. (Costa Linda)
However, the beach at Manchebo and Bucuti will have some topless sunbathers. Also, at the Divi and Tam, more toplessness is occurring as more Europeans holiday there. Renaissance Island is divided into two sides. One side is for families and the other for adults. Topless sunbathing is allowed. It is even called the "Topless" side, by the workers there. Remember sunscreen. ![]() Walt |

Thanks so much for the info. Never gone topless before but was just wondering what the rules in Aruba were for this.

You did not say where you are staying so this is general. Nude and topless is not legal in Aruba, however, I have seen topless sunbathing at almost every beach on the island. The Renaisance has an adult beach on their private island but you have to be staying at the Ren to go there. Eagle Beach in front of Manchebo, Bucutti and Amsterdam manor does not seem to enforce the law, on the contrary, it seems to be encouraged there. Palm Beach I have seen topless sunbathing occasionaly at ALL of the resorts beach areas. Baby Beach also has topless sunbathing.
Just tell us where you are staying. |

Just to correct one item. You can go to the Ren. Island for a fee if you are not a quest. Never have done it so I can't tell you what the cost is.

Renissance Island is $50 including lunch for NON guests.
sienajc99/Jen, Malmok or Arshi Beaches (past high rise section going North) are great for topless bathing. We found the beaches away from the tourist area's were more enjoyable. All beaches in Aruba are public but some are less visted and are more secluded. Ang |

Yes, its for a full day. The private Island is open 7 am-7 pm. (6 pm is the last boat TO the private island).
I'm not sure what lunch consists of since we were guests of the Ren (Ocean Tower) but I believe NON guests make arrangements from the Spa at the Ren. Marina Tower. Ang |

Thanks for the info. Looks like if you wanted to spend 2 days there it would be cheaper to rent a room for 1 night @$99 to $129 in the marina tower and then go to the island for the 2 days.
