Has anyone hit it big in an Aruban casino. Years ago, I was with my pal Eddie and he hit $30,000 in a slot machine that took five dollar tokens. Hasn't happened since.

the most i have ever seen won at the casino was about $800. it certainly wasn't me. i was hoping you would get some replies just to let me know that somebody out there wins big.

• Some gal from Ohio 2 years ago on Vaneltines day won $30,000 on a $1 machine. She was there with her husband who likes to gamble so she ordered a drink and saw a $1 machine beside her. She put $3 in and pulled the handle. She did it twice. Then on the 3rd time being $9 spent, the siren went off and she saw $5000 flashing. The lady behind her said that was 3 pink roses and thats $30,000. She was very happy to call her husband over and break him the news. They bought a timeshare at the Surf Club so they didn't have to worry about that much cash.

January 23 2009, 16th trip to Aruba

I don't want to brag here, but, I brought home over $8000 two years ago in Dec. and between my Dec. 2007 and my Feb. 2008 trips, I won over $7000. I won every single night but 1, but I was still way ahead with my winnings.
In Feb. I hit 3 -$500 pots in one night on 3 different slot machines at the Key Largo. (And I used to hate that place).
Hey, that's how I get to go back in Feb. my winnings pay for my flights and all expenses.

I won $1,117.75 at the Marriott in '06. Was so very exciting. Tried to repeat last year...same machine, same procedure, but alas, it was not to be. Maybe this year....

The first week of April, I saw someone win a straight flush on the Carribean Poker table at the Alhambra - the jackpot was up to about $70,000 and the dealer qualified, so she got around $8,000.

A couple of years ago, my brother-in-law won $5,000 in a slot machine there.

I'm still waiting for that royal flush.....

Prior to last year, I won $1000 several times. I hit 4 deuces a couple of times on $1 video poker and a royal flush one time on quarter video poker. This was at the Stellaris. Last year I broke even and this year I was down.
