hi --i just came back from a two week stay there==i have to say==it was pretty quiet there from last year===we went to the meetings==asked about martin==they said his salary was being negotiated==we heard--he was asked to leave in 2 hrs. and escorted out==also ==we had some builders at the meeting who are owners== they asked a question about the tile on the floor==which was= why wasnt a skid proof tile put down---no answer===his room was not completly finished==when he complained his answer was ==thats not inportant ==whats inportant is to finish all the rooms first then finish up the little no inportant things==such as hang the microwave up so he could have counter room to work on ==well things got a little testy at some point==person in charge of that was a little nansty==but things got resolved===sort of==lol==also some closet doors were not there==we understand little things have to be finished==but when the excuse is ==and it was on every question we asked such as the security==there was hardly any at night==until we complained ==well its the government fault =they cut back==on help==so they say--everthing was the governments fault why things werent getting down==now they want you to use your towels over again==well noway hell on earth am i doing that ==im on vacation =you come in take a shower and maybe 2--i dont do it home and im certainly not doing it here==thats me==also they do still come from next door to our side with their towels early in the morning==its not fair to us ==but the answer= is ==they have a right .well -why are we at the abc if we have to look for a space that comes with our room at 530 in the morning==let them fix their beach and make it bigger for their owners = i forgot to mention==who picked out the furniture in the rooms==seats are already stained==they are a material that cant be wiped down==and furniture is already strached ==least but not last==when it rains==tv goes off=very interesting yet payment is going up--ok enough for now=im finished complaining==all in all i had a nice restful time==go to the steak house next door at the manchebo greattttt ps==is there supposed to be a representitive at meetings for the condo owners==well there wasnt==im sounding off

Thanks for the report ~ very interesting. I was hoping the "blue towel" issue in the morning would be resolved, but doesn't sound like they're enforcing the rule of taking them off chickees if they're there before 8 AM. When I'm there in February, we have to get up at 4 to be able to have a hut for the day because there are so many CDM owners that use our beach.... it's very frustrating.

Martin's leaving may be a blessing in disguise since, in my opinion, he left a lot to be desired, and was not very helpful most times. Taking into consideration that we pay his salary, and he works for us, he never went out of his way to resolve a problem.
