ABC weeks on sale
There are a lot of summer weeks on sale from ABC for $3500, what is not clear is if these are for existing owners or anyone.
Does anyone know? K

Actually, if it's on the website, it could be either the club or the club handling it for someone, and getting a cut of the sale. When I bought my 3rd week, the club handled the sale for a timeshare owner.

In the newsletter that was recently mailed out, it said "Special Notice to Members" regarding the summer weeks on sale. I took it to mean it is for the members only.
