Suzie... Martin was suing ABC for his termination. Apparently, he lost.

Fraida, <sp> the new general manager, walked around making conversation with a lot of people. She and I had a long chat about different things, and I expressed to her my annoyance to communicate with Ida and getting any satisfaction. Apparently, that's a problem with many people, and Fraida said she was going to be "hands on" and try to see if she can rectify that problem. Nice lady!

I hope the new Manager is as visible as Martin was. He was always behind the desk, especially on check in days. And we have Martin to thank for the wonderful outside grill area with lighting.

I think Martin may go back to Holland now. If anyone hears anything else please post.

Need some ideas

K ~ I must admit that Martin was very visible, but the very few times that I communicated with him, I got no satisfaction. I had a problem in my unit one year with ants... it was on a Saturday, the day I moved in. Martin told me there wasn't one can of bug spray in the whole place, and that I would have to wait until Monday when the exterminator would be there! I wasn't buying that, and made such a stink that magically a can was found, and security brought it up... sprayed, and left the can with me. Like I was going to wait until Monday when these crawlies were all over my countertops and bathroom??? I don't think so!
