I'm renting out our timeshare at Casa del Mar (CDM) this year for the week of June 24th through July 1st. This is timeshare week #25 and runs Saturday through Saturday.

The unit is on the 3rd floor, oceanfront. It features two nicely sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, full kitchen, and large balcony.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, nightstands, TV, closets. The master bath has a shower AND luxury soaking tub. The second bedroom has a TV, dresser, nightstands, closet, and two double beds. The second bathroom has a shower. The living room has a sofa that folds out to a queen sized bed. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, dishes, pots, etc.

The resort is next to the Alahambra casino. The resort has several shops and activity areas. RCI has given it their highest rating - a gold crown.
