I just wanted to say a quick hello to everyone out there. My husband and I are in the process of buying our first timeshare and we have picked the Occidental. We have stayed at this property twice in the hotel rooms, and we did the timeshare presentation on our last visit and were impressed with the rooms. We found a unit on the re-sale mareket at a good price so we decided to buy. Any info that current owners would like to share we would greatly appreciate hearing.
