Default Just an idea...

As frequent visitors to Aruba, we're all going to face increased airline costs and so forth. My suggestion, a crazy idea, is that the airlines start a "futures" market for flights. Just like you can by futures of any commodity, they would sell so many miles for so many dollars. This way, we could hedge our costs, know in advance exactly what we were in for and they would have up front money and know they were going to have so many seats-miles sold in advance.

I know, I know, complicated, silly, impossible. But so are derivative and other investment and that doesn't stop them, eh?

Just an idea...
