Any special plans for Mom's Day?

My brother, sister-in-law, daughter, son-in-law and I are taking my Mom and her aide out for a late lunch, early dinner. It's always worth a few laughs when we all get together. Sad as it is that my Mom has dementia, some of the things she says are quite funny, and you can't help but get hysterical especially when five minutes later she forgot she said it, and repeats it again... and again, and again! lol

I'm going to spend the best part of the day with my Mom. That's what I'm going to do.

Once in a while you can get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

I intend to do nothing and have my family wait on me hand and foot until 3pm when we are getting together with friends for some good food and wine!
