we are rapidly approaching october 21st. that is our official bb party date.

there are a few votes left to take and the decisions will be posted next week.

the original polls said that we would like to have a buffet brunch on sunday morning so that is easy. just to make sure that everyone is awake and checked out of their hotels, i would like to make it for either 10 or 11 am.

saturday evening was a choice of buffet or deli. i would like to make that at 7pm and vote one more time since there was no clear cut winner on which we would prefer.

happy hour is easy. 5pm and all thru the night, lol.

the location for lunch on saturday will be determined by the weather. if it is sunny and clear we can grab our whitehouse subs and pig out on the boardwalk. if it is crummy weather we will have to find some place in the hotel to stuff down our subs. i would assume noon would be a good time to meet for that.

i will probably be responsible for paying in advance for the sunday brunch to set up our reservation so i would appreciate an accurate count. nothing worse than paying and not getting money in return.

Ok Sherry, I voted....but we got comped for Sunday night as well, so we'll be in AC until Monday, so although I voted for 11am brunch, it really doesn't matter to us.

OK, here's my dilemma. I would love to spend as much time with you guys as possible. Heck that's the reason we're going. Here comes the BUT...we have a 150.00 gift certificate for Morton's Steak House at Ceasars. (Was going to use it last month in NYC for our anniversary and decided not to go to the city that w/e and save money for Aruba in Nov.)

I was thinking about going to HH at 5:00...letting you guys go to dinner and we will go to Morton's, then meet up with you after dinner. Also would love to do brunch the next morning.

Would that be OK?

We just got back from 2 weeks in Aruba & are looking forward to seeing everyone again.We should be able to join you at the Whitehouse.I love the President's cheeseburger subs & foreign policy.We will join everyone for dinner,but need to know where.I started writing this before looking at where it's being held.Put us down for breakfast too.We're staying at the Showboat.Comp came through early in September,so we cancelled our reservationsat the Fairfield.We were looking forward to crashing Kevin's place with everyone.Maybe we can all stay with him anyway.

we'll be thinking of you all as we will not be able to make it again this yr. :-(

the parent weekend at mass maritime is on the 21 - 22.
we do have to go as there is much information being given about the
co-op with the commerical shipping companies. kevin will be shipping out on his co-op in late december and we want to make sure we have a clear understanding of the procedures and all information they can give.

so, as you all are pigging out at the whitehouse sub place and maybe winning at the slots or tables, paul and i will be thinking of you!

I am leaving that following Sunday for Aruba and just can not afford to do
both. The only way would be someone with an extra bed in their room and would let me split the hotel. But I do no see that as an option.

Look for me and my Mom on the webcam.. I will hold up sighs as I don't have any "official" visit aruba wear.
