Default The Aruban Chef

This is a great place for lunch. It's a local Aruban menu - things like stewed conch, stewed goat, pan bati, etc. The only thing I tried that I don't recommend is the conch appetizer. Everything stewed was great. The place has only been open for a month & is not right in the tourist area, so I don't think too many people have discovered it yet. However, it's not TOO far from the hotels & definitely worth a visit.

Can you provide directions? I read that it's in Tanki Lendert and would like to try it on our next visit. Here's a link to an article in the paper, 24 Ora, about their grand opening in May. Thanks!

Well I heard from my father and mother in law that it is a nice place to eat. The food is excellent and the prices are really good as well. I hope that many people can come and meet the place and enjoy also an authentic aruban cuisine.
