If you cannot get through, make a reservation as soon as you arrive on the island.

Just read on another website that their site is not operating and to telephone the restaurant for reservations when you arrive on the island.

Thumbs down Re: Chef's Table Reservations

We ate at this restaurant in March,2007 and had a very good dinner and experience - but HAVE THINGS CHANGED!! Back in January, 2008, we started off with a couple of appetizers and a large salad - going great until my son pulled an 8" hair out of the salad plate. We passed when asked if we would like another salad. Main courses came with mashed potatoes covered with vegetables. Hard to believe, but a DEAD FLY was found and had been cooked in one our mashed potatoes. The hostess removed the plates and knew that we just wanted the check and to get out of there. I did ask to speak to the chef/owner. They were gracious enough to remove the dinner with the insect and the salad from the bill. After waiting 10 minutes for the chef to come out, we decided just to leave. While walking towards the front door, we were told that the chef would now see us. After telling him how disappointed we were and how our evening had been ruined, his response was "It's not like we did it on purpose." Great, what did that mean, that sometimes they do it on purpose? Bottom line, stay away! What started as a good restaurant will probably shuttered within a year! The Aruba Health Authority should visit this place.
