No free wi-fi at the Phoenix. I think it is $50 week and doesn't work very good. The Marriott Resort and Palm Beach Mall has free wi-fi. I have breakfast some mornings at Salt & Pepper where they have free wi-fi.

The wifi is not free at the Phoenix but I bet a good signal in the penthouse. It's $50 per week or $100 for 3 weeks.

I found a very affordable way to have WiFi access island wide with a multiple(5) device HotSpot(for phne, laptop etc) from another company not being Setar. This HotSpot works perfectly Island wide.
