There is a kingsize bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper couch in the living room. The unit is 269. It is on the 2nd floor on the corner (pool side). It has a spiral staircase leading to the beach. The price is $500 per week. We have 26 weeks left. Maintenance is separate. Let me know if you are interested.

Hi your place sounds great, my wife and I are also timeshare owners in the Riu we have week 22. I would love some more info on your place I'm trying to convince another couple to go in half we me and my wife. Is $13,000 your best price or is there some room to talk. One more thing do you have some pic's of the inside.
