I attended the owners meeting on 10/3/11 with Brian. TYhe latest is that they are preparing a contract with a local contractor to rebuild both pools and replace one of the islands with a hot tub. If, all goes well they will start around Sept. 2012. He expects it take about ten weeks. Both pools and bar will be shut down and you will have to use the Ren. Island or pool at the Hotel. Also, they will be renovating all rooms with new floor covering, furniture, appliances, pots and pans etc. All the rooms will be done by 2013. He claims that he doesn't know the extra cost to the owners. Also, an increase in our yearly fee.
