This is a new avenue for Paradise Beach villas owners to post information re their timeshares.

PBV was my first stay in Aruba 6 yaers ago. I was impressed with this resort. Very quiet but if you want action just po next door to La Cabanna. Beach is not very crowed and in the past few years they have installed some papulas(SP). Rooms are clean I would not stay in the older portion unless it has been refurbished. Anyway I do think PBV had alot to do with our very favorable opinion on returning to Aruba.Just wish more resdients would rent thier units.

We own 3 weeks at PBV (Phase 1) - 47, 48 & 49.
We find Phase 1 very nice and we love staying at PBV.
We will also be staying in Phase 2 for 2 weeks in 2009.
This forum will, hopefully be a great link for all PBV owners, especially for those wanting to rent their units and for those wishing to rent at PBV.
We will be there from Nov. 20 - Dec. 13 and again from Feb. 14 - 28,2009.
I will let as many owners, as possible, know about this link at the Owners' meetings.
We hope that this will evolve to become an effective network for PBV Owners/renters.

I'm a long-time timeshare owner too at PBV since 1989 when it was first introduced and got in on the pre-construction sales. I bought in Phase I for two weeks and now sometimes I upgrade to Phase II but I love this intimate boutique resort. Has all the comforts you need and if you need anything more LaCabana is next door which is very convenient. Also Intermezzo Spa happens to have a location next door too and a wonderful restaurant called Chalet Suisse is also next to us. I happen to enjoy Eagle Beach which affords more comfort there.

All timeshare rental and sales are posted in the "timeshares for rent" or timeshares for sales" I tried to advertise my Paradise Beach units here and Sherry moved my ad to "timeshares for rent" so check that out.

we do have timeshares for rent and sale in those sections. one other section (sorry fluffs, i was in too big a hurry to mention it to you) is 'where to stay'. always check those sections.

Also if anyone wants more info on Paradise Beach Villas rentals, I organized a group website years ago on MSN Groups but it has now been moved to multipy.com. where I am the administrator. All you have to do is join multiply.com and go to dutchisland.multiply.com and people post their requests for timeshare rentals and owners post their weeks for rent. It's just for Paradise Beach Villas and keeps timeshare owners in touch. Hope this helps.
