S&D is our favorite, too! Yes, they do still have their store in O'stad. We find it easier, however, to stock up at Ling's and always make sure to bring a supply home with us. :D

I double checked T-mobile's website: roaming is $1.99/minute from Aruba, outgoing text messages $.35 ea, and incoming text messages $.20 each.

But as ArubaMillie said, get a cheap unlocked phone...

I believe you have to have an unlocked phone to use a sim card. I have T-mobile but my phone is not unlocked, so I paid roaming charges to use it. I used it without a problem - however - be aware...
