In other words, if I have photovoltaic panels on my house in Aruba, does the power company allow un-used electricity to be sold back into the grid = net metering?
I dont know if they allow it on private homes. The Playa Lindas news letter said they wanted to put in solar panels to offset some of the costs for electricity. The goverment ruled that if they put in solar panels, they had to be 100% dependant on them or other sources and be disconected from the grid. So, that would be a no for businesses.
