Re: rci points
While I don't know about RCI since we use II, I don't think there are a lot of RCI resorts in Aruba. I think most of the Aruban resorts are in II. Personally, we don't like points because in a nutshell, there is nothing to prevent the company from changing the number of points you need to get a week. So, for example, if you buy 1,000 points to get a week, next year, they may require 1,025 points for a week. If they do, what do you do? Take a shorter vacation and possibly end up with left over points which you may not be able to use or buy more points, which now cost you more money each year. For what it's worth, do some more research and think about things.
We are selling our Marriott timeshares since we bought a condo in Aruba. If you are interested in buying a Marriott week for trading or renting our condo, contact us.
