---- I own 2 weeks of this type at CDM. The big advantage is that I know what unit I will get for my 2 weeks in June. The ocean view, the floor, the unit #, the size, ...... never changes. So no surprises when I arrive.
Is it cheaper than getting a regular hotel? In the long run both may be about the same $$$$. Now if you go for the Marriott then you may be speaking of big $$$$.
