Default New owner question

We are new owners at the Ren, and we are very excited to be looking forward to our yearly trips. We bought two weeks from a private owner. However, I am somewhat concerned from the lack of communication from the Ren staff. We never received anything from the Ren (i.e. paperwork, contract, etc.) after the transfer was made. We did recently receive confirmation from the Marriott regarding receiprt of our notification on using our two weeks. Should we be expecting some type of paperwork from the Ren reflecting our ownership of the two weeks?

Also, I am curious on what other owners experiences have been regarding timeshare ownership at the Ren. I look forward to utilizing this forum as a good commuinications tool for owners since it appears there is no other forum.
