We are looking to sell our unit in the new Divi Beach Villas, its a 6th floor oceanfront unit, 1 Bedroom 2 baths. Thisis not the old Divi Phoenix, its the new buildings next door...Washer/Dryer in unit, hardwood floors, flat screen tv's, granite kitchen. Very nicely appointed, beautiful view of ocean. This is a points week, week 41, but you can book anytime from mid April to mid dec with the point allottment. You also do not have to check in on the weekend, we stayed Wed - Wed last year which saves on airfare costs. There are 38 years remaining with 9 accelerated weeks left
