This is a studio unit in the Phoenix beachfront villas, overlooking the courtyard and the original pools (former Sunsplash Bar area). If you don't have the energy to go back to the beach, you can watch the sunset from the balcony. Second floor; 12 weeks remaining for sale, but we'll consider renting it.

Hello, is this unit still for sale/rent and I assume the $4500 is the sale price, correct? My husband and I own 4 weeks at the Phoenix and are looking for week 3. What unit number is this?

Yes, the $4500 is the sale price. It's unit 202 in the Beach Villas, a studio. We have been dealing with a broker who allegedly haa a buyer, but it's been moving slowly. I'll try to find out status & get back to you.
