This unit includes a Queen Bed and Sofabed - Sleeps 4 - Kitchenette that includes a coffee maker, small refrigerator, microwave and kitchen sink. It is equipped with dishes. There is a television and private bathroom.
You will have have a view of the Beach from your balcony.

The cost for the entire week is $1400. You will have to pay taxes when you check out. I think this is about $85.

Open time from May 3 through November 9, 2015.
I would be able to check a specific week for availability when you email me. There are currently available weeks beginning Mon., Tues., Fri., Sat., and Sun.
I have rented this unit for the last several years through this website, with myself and the guest being happy with the transaction. The sooner you book, the better chance of your preferred dates.
