My husband and I are unable to use our timeshare this year due to the early anticipation of our little one.

This timeshare rental is a 3rd floor, ocean view, king studio suite (sleeps max 4) with a private balcony at the Aruba Divi Village & Golf Resort. The unit is upgraded and equipped with a full kitchen and private bath (granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances). The dates are from Sunday, November 10, 2013 through Sunday, November 17, 2013.

We originally were asking $1100 for this rental; however, for the sake of time we have left for someone to fill our spot we have lowered the price to $605 (our maintenance fee) and we will cover the transfer amount of $45 for someone to rent our unit. There is an energy surcharge and tax per night at $14.58 as well as a $10 environmental fee per the entire stay which are not covered in the price.
