New Condos in San Nicolas

We were driving around last week and noticed a sign for new condos going up in San Nicolas. There was a sign when you come off the highway. Baby Beach is on the left hand side and Rodgers Beach is to the right. Does anyone know the name of them?

Serena Residences. They will be nice but it's way down on the south side where there is nothing and its desert area.
