Question Aqua Condominiums

anybody have any info on these condos that are going to be built next door to the marriott. Where are they going to get beach access?

All beaches in aruba are public. It's just the hotels try to make look like it's not. There was a lawsuit last year involving the Marriot - and it was repeated in the ruling that all beaches are public and I think you can even use their
papalos (SP?). But they put chairs everywhere - which are private property
to try to keep people out - some security guards are on the beach but they
technically can not do anything.

Don't think the Holiday Inn will be too happy going thru their building so I think you would have to walk down the road to where Mooba's is.

The beach access I would think is just to walk across the street. Same
as anyone else can

I Love Aruba Re: Aqua Condominiums

I'm pretty sure you can sit under the palapa. You just can't put anything on the palapa.

No you cannot sit under the palapas. Only the hotel guests are allowed.
