Question Halloween Fun?

Hi all. I will be at the Aruba Marriott Surf Club this year for Halloween. I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old. I know Halloween is an American holiday, but is anyone aware of any fun they might have planned for the kiddies? I read someplace that Aruba as a whole has adopted both Thanksgiving and Halloween as a result of the influence of American tourism.

I have seen pics from past Halloweens showing lots of kids dressed up and walking around trick or treating w/i their resort and its beachfront. My guess is that its kids that are on vacation and also kids of the employees. I also will be there during Halloween and plan on bringing down a bag of candy (preferably NOT chocolate cause it melts, LOL)

Hope to someday visit Aruba during Halloween. I understand Aruba families dote on their children & their holidays....Halloween is a favorite childrens holiday in the US, therefore a potential favorite for Arubian families.
The Manzanita's anticipate a Holloween visit back home (ARUBA) on a future trip. We hope sooner than later....lotsa candy & treats from your "adopted" Grampy & Granny.
