Default Marina Pirata

Can anyone give us specific directions to this restaurant. We have visited Aruba more than 10 times and have not yet been able to find it, even after directions from local hotels.

We take the main road through town towards the airport. Go to the traffic light at the Balashi plant (on your right). Make a right at that light and go to the end. Make a left and just follow the signs. Great place!

Go to the first light past the airport, (De Palm Island) there is a right turning lane there. Make the right and go down to the T, you can only turn left or right. Turn left, keep going until you cross the bridge (spanish lagoon, I believe) and watch for sign on right that says Marina Pirata. Make another right at the sign, go until you see a house on the left with a bunch of dogs out front. Marina Pirata is on the right but it doesn't look like a restaurant is there until you go down the steps.

By the way, went there twice over the last two weeks, (just got back last Friday) and only because Madam Jannette's was closed for vacation. I would have to say the food isn't as good as it used to be. The Calamiri was something I craved but it has changed. The broiled barracuda was pretty good.

If I'm standing on the bridge fishing when you drive by, have mercy and hand me a Balashi!
