Visser Wellness Center in town has an excellent physical therapist. Try to make an appointment before you get there. They get quite busy.

John ~ good idea to continue with PT. I had rotator cuff surgery several years ago in December, and left for Aruba that following February. Because I didn't have any PT, I came back with a "frozen shoulder," and it wasn't fun. Of course I blame the surgeon because he never sent me for PT the month before I before I left.

My Mom does PT in the hospital for walking. We had used someone else in the past who was excellent too - PM me for more details.

A PT professional would be extremely helpful for your wife's recovery. However, I would also suggest that your wife discusses the situation with her current PT to find out if the PT believes there are exercises/movements that she can do on her own (or with your help) while she is away.
I have no idea what it is like to recover from rotator cuff surgery, but when I have gone to PT for my ankle/knee, I have always needed to miss a few weeks. The PT would tell me exactly what I could do in a gym or even just at home to keep the PT going. They even provided nice little cue cards that explained each exercise/movement.

I had broken my wrist in Las Vegas, returned, saw an orthopedist and went to Aruba. In Aruba I had x-rays and my cast removed. I went to an excellent PT - her name is Milly Bagheri-van Trigt at Punta Bravo 3 (behind DeWindt's office) and Tel: 5875982. She had many different kinds of patients, not just wrists. She trained in Texas and was very personable as well. Linda
