"Taste of Belgium Bisto" opened a few months ago at Paseo Herencia mall (under the Cinema). They also own Taste of Belgium Chocolate Shop (yum) at Renaissance Mall.
The picture was taken in the afternoon (they open at 5 pm). At night they were very busy. I looked at a few of the sandwiches that people were eating and they looked delicious. They will eventually open for lunch and have more tables around the "Dancing Waters" area. TASTE OF BELGIUM BISTRO – MENU TASTE OF BELGIUM –BELGIUM BEER MENU ![]() |

We ate at Taste of Belgium 12-20-09 for lunch. Almost everything was pretty much awful. I got a lobster bisque soup which tasted like someone had boiled a plastic spoon in the pot. The bread that came with it had an "off" taste to it....rather dry & moldy tasting. DH got a ham & cheese sandwich with a fried egg on top....again, the bread was dry & foul tasting & the fried egg was cold. The salad was fresh but the dressing was a little too sweet for our taste. The Belgian beer was excellent but expensive for such a dinky bottle. Won't recommend or go back.

We ate here for lunch one day and everyone loved it. I had the goat cheese salad (which is actually on the dinner menu but the let me order it anyway). It was fabulous! I also got the Moelleux au Chocolat for dessert...it was yummy and a good substitute for the chocolate coconut souffle from Sunset Grille which I missed this trip. My friend had the smoked salmon sandwich and that was good too. I can't remember what everyone else ordered but everyone was happy with their meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as well as Papillon which is also owned by the same company.
