Default Re: Purchase From Private Owner Form

You can draw up your own purchase and sale agreement. Go to www.Escrow.com and they will help you for a small fee. We have used them for a rental and worked well. The transfer fee is usually $250 and we split it. Go to your resort and ask for a transfer form.
