We go wks 6, 7, 8 & 9. We have also gone in Aug the last few years but couldn't put it together this year, very disappointing!

Last week I phoned her, no luck as she wasn't there...
Left a message about my request and unanswered emails...
She finally replied to them the day after...

I believe she addresses requests in the order of the visits, so if you're going in Nov you'll get a response before someone going in Dec. She obviously reviews her messages & puts the responses in order, but I know that she notes what people are asking for because we have made requests 9 months ahead of time & been told we would get what we asked for but would not receive confirmation until closer to our arrival date. She has always been true to her word!!

Maybe...but nobody did ackowledge the "read request receipt" of my emails.
Requesting confirmation of usage 60 days before checkin wasn't that early if you consider airline tickets...
In any case a phone call did fix everything

Also maybe some of you would like to know.
Flavia Marin is not handling the Membership Dept. anymore, she's now promoted to Accounts Payable Supervisor.

Membership department is now under Ms. Lisa Trappenberg supervision.
