Right of first refusal, time share resale
 

Could someone please tell me what the magic number is (lowest price) that Marriott Ocean Club, will let you sell a timeshare for. We have two platium weeks that we are thinking of selling.

Presently you can sell them for dirt cheap if you want as Marriott only use their ROFR in very exceptional occasion.
Some 1 Bedroom Platinum passed recently at $10,200...
