Maintenance Fees
is it my imagination or are the Maintenace fees getting ridiculously expensive??
 . $1800 and change, wow.What are your thoughts?

We're paying over $1,700 for a 3 BR Grand Vista in Orlando.
That's one reason why we bought the condo!
