Wonderful News!!!
Just received an email. The Riu has ordered all new furniture,lamps,tables etc..
 It will take a few months but it is getting done!!!!! So happy AND the yearly fees will stay the same only a small assesment fee.Thank you Riu!!!!!!

Hi Lynn - I really have not heard anything about the timeshare units at the Riu for awhile. Was a notice sent out about the new furniture, assessment, etc. to all the timeshare owners? Typically a group of us receive emails from Jon Kirshner but I haven't heard from him in some time. Any info you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for your help.
